We are hosting an evening where you will have the opportunity to experience and discover some of our holistic therapies and how they can support in the management of stress.
Unfortunately, stress has become part of our every day living, so much so that people do not recognise the effect it has on their body. People have adapted to manage stress by going to the gym, chilling out with a glass of wine, gaming etc or have learnt to just 'keep it in'. Often this leads to people believing they are not stressed.
While these tools temporarily make us feel better, they are more a distraction from the stress then a long term solution. Ideally we need to get to the root cause of the stress, which holistic therapies can help with.
During our evening you will, in small groups, experience 4 short sessions of presentations/demonstrations in the following therapies:-
Acupuncture and the Five Elements in Chinese Medicine
Reflexology
Neurological Change Therapy
Shiatsu Therapy
Followed by a Meditation
We will end the evening with mince pies and refreshments and an opportunity for discussion
