Yoga
Hatha based yoga class, using gentle movement and breath work to stretch, strengthen and relax both the body and mind.
The class starts with being eased into a warm up, followed by a sequence or two and a series of asanas, which are held whilst focusing on breath to get the most out of every moment of the class. Ending the session with a guided meditation and closing intentions.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays at 6pm.
£10.00 per session or £45 for a block of 5 sessions
Advanced booking is required as spaces are limited.

After practicing yoga and dance for many years, and studying movement therapies at University Elice qualified in 2018. Since then she has been passionately spreading the joy of yoga through her classes, finding balance to experience bliss in every session.
Her background has given her the understanding of the importance of being in-sync with your body, and the need for balance between movement and stillness.
