Seated Yoga

Starting Monday 5th August 24

10am - 10.45am


A gentle chair based yoga class, including breathwork and meditation.  The chair is used to sit on for your practice and/or used as a support, if comfortable standing. This practice is for anyone where the mat is not accessible.  

This type of yoga offers support with your balance, strength building and flexibility. There is an element of mindfulness throughout the whole class.

£8 per class- advanced booking necessary.

Sound Bath with Alana Ferracini


Feeling stressed? Life a bit bumpy?

A sound bath could be just the thing to wash that all  away. Sound baths are a remarkable natural technique that can help mind body and spirit without invasive procedures.

The vibrational nds will move you from an awake state to  a relaxed calm state, and then to a meditative state - with such ease you may not even notice until the sounds stop.

Benefits include:

  • Stress relief

  • Relaxes and releases tension

  • Increased endorphin levels

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket and pillow to make yourself comfortable and warm.

Weighted yoga helps you to gain a deeper inner core strength, loose weight, boost energy levels, increase flexibility and boost your mood.

Weights are provided.


£12.50 per class

Wednesday

Yoga with Elice

6PM - 7PM


Hatha based yoga class, using gentle movement and breath work to stretch, strengthen and relax both the body and mind. Learn more about the class here.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays at 6pm.


£10.00 per class or £45 for a block of 5 sessions

Thursday

Pilates Class with
Hannah Arcaro

9:30AM - 10:30AM - Body Control Pilates

10:45AM - 11:45AM - Bone Health Class


The matwork Pilates classes are suitable for all levels - from beginner to intermediate.

In Pilates, we take a whole body fitness approach, working to improve overall strength, flexibility, posture and alignment, with a particular focus on spinal alignment and core strength.

The classes are low impact and so suitable for most people - but don't mistake low impact for low effort … you will leave each class feeling refreshed and energised and like you have worked those muscles! 

£54 for a block of 6 classes or £10.00 single session drop in.
