Seated Yoga

A gentle chair based yoga class, including breathwork and meditation.  The chair is used to sit on for your practice and/or used as a support, if comfortable standing. This practice is for anyone where the mat is not accessible.  

This type of yoga offers support with your balance, strength building and flexibility. There is an element of mindfulness throughout the whole class. 

Chair Yoga is valuable for rehabilitation purposes because it exercises and strengthens the entire body and mind, rather than simply working only one specific region of the body. Keeping the whole body in good physical condition is one of the most difficult challenges facing individuals who are recovering from injuries. 


Each Monday 10.00-10.45am £8 per session

Advanced booking is required as spaces are limited.

Our Yoga Instructor

  • Hayley Zincraft is a Hatha Yoga teacher specialising in chair yoga.  Hayley is a member of the Yoga Alliance Association.   

    Hayley has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and during her own health struggles her practice allowed her to feel part of something bigger and gave her hope.  Yoga remained her constant throughout.  

    Hayley is passionate about helping others, giving everyone the opportunity to practice yoga regardless of their limitations.  Hayley offers a gentle chair based yoga class for all abilities.
