9.30 - 10.30am- Mixed Ability Pilates class

A mat Pilates class suitable for all levels and ages to strengthen the mind and body. In Pilates, we use controlled movements and breathing techniques to strengthen the core muscles, improve flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment. This class will also help improve your balance, and coordination whilst toning your muscles and reducing stress.

10.45 - 11.45am- Gentle Pilates class

This class will follow the same principles as the class above but it will be a gentler class, probably more suitable for beginners or for those recovering from injury.

  • After many years personally practicing Pilates and feeling the benefits physically and mentally, last year Olivia studied to become a Pilates teacher to be able to share those benefits with others. She qualified last year as YMCA level 3 Pilates practitioner.
