Mindful Workshop- Stress

Come along to our wonderful series of workshops designed to educate and empower you, hosted by Claire and Terry.

You will learn how complimentary and alternative methods could work for you; Using Naturopathic techniques, acupuncture and nutrition. The symptoms and imbalances we can address are:

Migraines, energy, fatigue, gut health, skin health, weight loss, bloating, energy, sleep, mental and emotional health and stepping in to your natural flow of life and your bodies rhythms.

There are three workshops, this is the second of three. There is a £20 investment for each workshop or you can attend all three for a £50 investment, saving £10.

The Stress Workshop will focus on;

  • What is stress

  • How it impacts us energetically

  • How can we manage it

  • The gut-brain connections
