Autumn is nearly here, time to slow down, take stock and bring acceptance to change.
Or, as some would say....chill-out.
In this workshop we'll be focusing on a few different breathing and meditation techniques, whilst discussing the benefits of and how they can bring calm and positivity into our lives.
After which, we'll be drifting off to the soothing sound of gong, crystal bowls and other healing sounds.
Leaving you in a deep state of bliss.
