NEW CLASS with Deborah Hillairet
Stress relief starting Tuesday 17th August 2021 at 6pm using energy medicine movements.
We will work through 5 movement patterns, that restore calm, releases built up stressors and leave you relaxed.
Using the 5 elements.
Water - fear
Action blowing out the candle.
This movement posture will allow you to move the energy of fear.
Wood - anger
Action holding down the flame.
A movement pattern to release pent up anger and frustration.
Fire - panic
Action taking down the flame.
This gentle mudra and breath work calms the overwhelming feeling that would create panic.
Earth - worry
Triple warmer/ spleen hug.
This gentle hug allows you to access comfort for yourself.
Metal - grief
Connecting heaven and earth, through grounding and stretching to release the grief we hold for the world.
All the above are very easy gentle movements, practised at your own level and pace.
To finish we will enter into meditation or breathing exercise.
An hour long class £10
Bring mat and cushion for meditation.
Not yoga based.
Any age, all abilities welcome.
